Population distribution 

LPU is very big University having dense population of students.

Students are studying from almost every state of India as well as from foreign.
In spite of situated in Punjab, I found less than 10% Punjabi student studying here.
The ratio of North Indian students and South Indian students
would be 3:2.
Talking about North Indian students. They are evenly distributed from each state.
But the same isn't true about south Indian students.
Most of the South Indian students are form Andhra Pradesh and then Hyderabad.

LPU also consist of big team of faculties. And I found 80% of the faculties are from Punjab
